Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Attend outbound & inbound calls. Provide good services to meet customer's expectation and handle complaints. Help out with simple administrative tasks (reply email). Perform telesales to promote product.
Job Requirements:
Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
. Min SPM, Diploma and Degree in any field. Min 1 year Customer Service experience will be an advantage.Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
