Job Description


  • Respond to customers and partners about: Company\'s products and service, Inquiries about pricing and Feedback and complaints
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company\'s products and services to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs, company policies, and technological advancements in the customer service field.
  • Gather customer feedback regarding products, services, and overall experience to provide insights for improving company offerings.
