The Customer Service Executive is responsible for driving an authentic relationship between the eCommerce Department and customers, and acts as a primary contact between the two.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day customer inquiries and find suitable solutions for various situations quickly, efficiently and effectively
Provide customer service support, with a focus on customer retention
Promote and introduce product categories to customers
Monitor and manage all order fulfilments on royalselangor.com
Plan and monitor order fulfilment on Amazon and other marketplaces
Meet customers face-to-face as and when required
Any other ad-hoc duties requested by the management.
Key Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor?s Degree in E-Commerce/Business Studies/Management or equivalent.
Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in the related field.
Proficiency in basic computer skills.
Great communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. The ability to converse and/or write in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
