Working Location: Philippines Responsibilities:
  • Identify and assess customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide excellent customer service and attend to client\'s request of assistance.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Follow-up on cases when necessary.
  • Consult with clients after sale to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support
  • Maintain an updated database in sales database including all activities, clients, and opportunities with their current status.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree and Above
  • Experienced in supporting e commerce platforms
  • Able to use MS Outlook, Office Word, Excel
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative / Customer Service Executive
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work unsupervised with high levels of productivity
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Ability to stay updated with technology
Important
  • One day off per week, three shifts; nine hours a day
  • Probation: Ringgit 6,090
  • Upon Confirmation: Ringgit 6,960 + Commission (Ringgit 1045, Ringgit 2088, Ringgit 3,480)
  • Guaranteed 13 months annual salary including accommodation and staff meals
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM6,090.00 - RM10,450.00 per month Benefits:
