Job Description
Location: Johor Bahru, Skudai
s:
- To attend to customer inquiry and complaints via phone call and email.
- To handle both import and export shipments.
- To place booking for shipment and prepares shipping documents needed.
- To prepare custom form and apply duty exemption.
- To follow up closely on the shipment status.
- Coordinate containers movement.
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Logistic/Transportation, Maritime Studies or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- 1 year related experience in Logistics/Forwarding/Shipping Line is an added advantages
- Fresh graduates who are passionate to pursue career in Forwarding/Logistics are welcome to apply.
- Malaysia citizen.
