Key Responsibilities: * Responsible for the following functions:
Customer Service (call & face-to-face) and Complaint Handling
Collections, reconciliation & banking
Decentralization of policy servicing (financial & non-financial policy changes and reinstatement)
To work together with Agency Experience team and Sales colleagues, to provide fast, easy and reliable service to agents and customers.
To ensure compliance with the Standard Operating Procedure for Personal Data Protection (\xe2\x80\x9cSOP\xe2\x80\x9d) & ASIDM.
To work together with AGIC for One Allianz Customer Service, to enhance customer experience by providing efficient service and seamless operations, whereby a customer is able to perform any of insurance transactions (general or life) at Johor Bahru branch.
To communicate with AGIC synergy branches on collection, TR related issues and policy related enquiries whenever required.
To implement strategic initiatives to support the business goals.
To ensure compliance of FSA 2013, SOPs, Guidelines & Procedure issued by relevant bodies.
To attend to auditors, audit response and compliance to audit response.
To represent and report on branch operational matters, if required
To safeguard assets and promote efficient utilization of resources.
To ensure required licenses are renewed and displayed at designated place.
To ensure Money Insurance & CIT are reviewed.
To undertake any other duties and responsibilities requested by the management as and when required.
