  • Handling inbound calls/emails/live chat regarding customer\'s general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks, and other issues related to the company\'s products
  • Resolving customer complaints and providing accurate information to improve customer\xe2\x80\x99s satisfaction
  • Achieve KPI and SLA
Requirements:
  • Good English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills
  • SPM leavers and Fresh Graduates are welcomed to start their first career in a call centre - Full Training Provided
  • Able to start immediately!
