Assist and coordinate with Sales Team for matters related to customer\'s orders and arrangement. Attend to general phone calls and respond to customer\'s inquiries. Prepare quotations. Assist in payment collection and send reminder for payment. Convert customer\'s orders, arrange packing and delivery of orders. Coordinate with internal dept in case of product or service issues. Conduct marketing research, analyze customer needs and manage customer database. Monitor stock level. Responsible for logistics arrangement for sales and purchases. Requirements: Min. 1 years of relevant working experience in customer service/sales support function or relevant. Min. Diploma education level or above. Required language - English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (Verbal/Written).
