Job Position: Customer Service Executive (Cantonese Speaker)Salary Up To RM4200Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor BahruWorking Hour: 5.5 / 6 (PH & Weekends) Rotational Shifts:
- Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company\'s products
- Exceeding customer expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
- Proficiency in Traditional Mandarin, Cantonese and English
- Completed with SPM, UEC, IGCSE certificate welcome to apply.
