Familiar with social media and able to answer online enquiries.
Provide satisfactory service to customers, introduce the services offered by the company, make customers aware of our value, emphasize the importance of maintaining health for continued well-being, and assist in encouraging customers to entrust their health to us.
Generate invoices for customer and collect payment.
Compilation of sales data.
Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
Handle back up for assessment records.
Filing of customer profile and schedule appointments
To participate in various marketing activities such as in house event
To keep records of all interactions with customers and follow up on customer enquiries and feedback
To maintain cleanliness, equipment and environment of common areas
Ad hoc task assigned by the superior
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years working experience
Familiar with Microsoft Office
Good personality, a team player and willing to learn
Positive mindset
Good communication & interpersonal skills
On the job training will be provided
