Assist in email handling specifically for customer migration
Assist in Outbound customer care calls for clients
Assist in Customer Migration Activities
Assist in validating company profiles, and detail information in preparation for data migration
Management of customer issues with Channels, IT and vendor
Prepare status reports when necessary
Activation Team to be onsite for supporting the Customer Migration Activities
Activation Team is able to work additional hours throughout weekdays, whenever required to meet the project milestones/target.
Activation team is able to work during Public Holidays, whenever required
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
