Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields (i.e. Telemarketing, Billing, Customer Liaison etc) is an added advantage but not essential
Possess good telephone etiquette with a smiley voice.
Knowledge in handling basic computer
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
Tanggungjawab Convert signed orders/SOWs into service requests; open tickets/work orders.
Verify scope, SLAs, Preventive maintenance and entitlement against the contract.
Book engineers/technicians, kickoff calls, and site windows.
Maintain the delivery calendar; communicate schedule confirms/changes.
Ensure the Customer Maintenance Contract Onboarding Checklist is used for every new account.
Track item completion; chase owners for missing prerequisites (access, site details, approvals).
Send welcome/next-steps emails; share joining details and prep requirements.
Run status updates and day-of-service notifications; document minutes and decisions.
Collect customer details (contacts, site addresses, asset lists, access credentials per policy).
File configs, as-built docs, permits, and sign-offs in the system of record.
Coordinate parts/loaners/RMA shipments; confirm arrivals and serials.
Arrange travel/work permits as needed.
Maintain task boards; update milestones, ETAs, and blockers.
Trigger defined escalation paths for timeline or SLA risks.
Close work orders; hand off to CSM/Support with clean notes.
