JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Location: Johor Bahru
Industry: Freight Forwarding MNC
5 days/week
To support the Business Development Unit on pricing, coordinating, and communicating with Key Accounts upon an award.
Responsible for cost accuracy, performs price analysis based on price competitiveness and timeliness from vendors/ suppliers to maximize profit.
Track Master Service Agreements' validities and calls out for renewal discussions.
To offer cross selling into other services in different phases as part of the customer retention process.
To identify and address the customer needs with a goal of complete satisfaction.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Degree/Diploma in Business Studies, Logistics or its equivalent.
Minimum 3 years' experience related to pricing on freight forwarding, multi-modal and supply chain activities for the oil and gas sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation skills & meticulous.
Comfortable dealing with numerical data
Possessing previous operations experience is an added advantage
