Our client is hiring candidates for Customer Service role for various projects. Project 1: Open to Mandarin or Cantonese speaker to support Taiwan or Hong Kong market. Location: Johor Bahru / Ara Damansara Responsibilities: Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other raising issue related to the company\'s products Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information. Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA. Requirements: Able to speak either Mandarin or Cantonese, read and write Traditional Chinese SPM leavers and fresh graduates are highly welcomed to apply - Full Training Provided. Willing to work on rotational shifts (Morning, Afternoon and Night shift). Abilities to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment Immediate starters are encouraged to apply!
