Job Description
MohonKelayakanStartek Malaysia (Johor Bahru) are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team! As a Customer Service Executive, you will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Able to communicate in Cantonese/ Mandarin (role requires candidate to liaise with Hong Kong and Taiwan\'s customer) and English. Able to read Traditional Mandarin words.
- SPM leavers and fresh graduate who are interested are also encouraged to apply - Full Training Provided.
- Willing to work on rotational shifts (Morning, Afternoon and Night shift).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company\'s products.
- Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
