We're looking for a

Customer Service Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do


1. Handle customer inquiries via live chat, phone, and email with professionalism and efficiency
2. Actively listen and resolve concerns, ensuring positive experiences
3. Escalate complex cases when necessary
4. Share product and service recommendations tailored to customer needs
5. Collect feedback to help improve services and processes
6. Support with administrative tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For



Proficiency in Mandarin, Malay, and English
1+ year experience in customer service (or related field)
Strong communication & multitasking skills
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and digital platforms
Willing to work rotational shifts (including weekends/public holidays)

Work Schedule & Location


Morning shift: 6am - 3pm (WFH)
Noon shift: 10am - 7pm (Office @ The Zizz, Damansara Damai, PJ)
