  • SPM, Diploma and above are required.
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin & Cantonese.
  • Excellent commercial understanding.
  • Sense of responsibility.

  • Available for changes in shift schedule on a monthly rotation schedule or as business needs require.
TanggungjawabCheck to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers\' problems.
  • Ensuring Customer Service satisfaction with clients
  • Following process and procedure of the Company.
  • Provide timely support to customers through available communication channels (inbound, outbound calls and email)
  • Probe & identify financial needs on service calls and pitch relevant solutions in line with client charter.
  • Pro-active support to customers to prevent damage to brand loyalty
