At least 3+ years of experience in Customer Success role or equivalent handling B2B customers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good command in written & spoken English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
Good logical thinking, able to quickly understand customer problems and respond to them.
Responsibilities
Respond to client\'s issues and enquiries promptly through phone call, email, chat, and internal software
Introduce and demonstrate the system to customers, such as account registration, job posting and etc
Responsible to escalate clients\' issues to the sales team.
Support the Account Manager by continuously showcasing positive & professional work attitude
