Job Description


  • At least 3+ years of experience in Customer Success role or equivalent handling B2B customers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good command in written & spoken English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good logical thinking, able to quickly understand customer problems and respond to them.
Responsibilities
  • Respond to client\'s issues and enquiries promptly through phone call, email, chat, and internal software
  • Introduce and demonstrate the system to customers, such as account registration, job posting and etc
  • Responsible to escalate clients\' issues to the sales team.
  • Support the Account Manager by continuously showcasing positive & professional work attitude
