Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE for our first flagship Customer Service & Inspection Centre located at Berjaya Times Square, Kuala Lumpur.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide front-line customer support via live chats, phones & email.
Provide first-level technical support.
Answering queries and resolving client issues regarding our services, platforms, and promotion.
Address customer feedback as well as complaints professionally.
Daily maintenance of filing, general administration tasks, and customer database maintenance.
Professional face-to-face interaction with customers.
Arrange and organize watch inspection appointments in our center.
Receive payments and record receipts for services.

Requirements:
Diploma or above.
Must be fluent in Mandarin and English in terms of written and verbal communication skills
(Mandarin is needed due to our business nature).
Willing to work during the weekend due to the retail model.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A logical and analytical approach to problem-solving.

Desirable:
1-2 years of working experience, preferably in a Customer Service or retail assistance position would be
A distinct advantage.
A genuine interest in working in the luxury watches industry and client services.
Basic knowledge of Swiss Watches will be another advantage.
Added Chinese Dialect language (optional).
