Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls and respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback regarding our products and services Provide accurate information to customers and internal support teams Effectively resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate departments when needed Ensure timely follow-ups while maintaining high service quality Uphold professionalism and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction

Who Should Apply?

Fresh graduates, individuals who are unemployed, or those recently retrenched are highly encouraged to apply Candidates with at least 1 year of customer service experience will have an added advantage On-the-job training will be provided 12-month contract with strong potential for permanent placement
