The business has now expanded across all SEA and Oceania, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia, Japan and Dubai. Our company is a manufacturer of daily and cosmetic products. We manufacture over 1,000 daily households under 12 categories. Our products include Walch*German technology laundry detergent, wet wipes, sanitizer, Japan technology 3-1 pods/capsules (KA, ArFum & Fresh HY). The Customer Service/Sales Support role responsible in providing administrative and operational support to ensure effective management of incoming sales order. This person will be the point of contact between internal cross function and external partners to ensure smooth delivery and fulfilment. The ideal candidate will be someone who are detailed oriented, resourceful and capable working under stress environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure day to day prompt retrieval of incoming sales orders and process them in a timely matter in accordance to processing guidelines and procedures \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure accurate invoice & DO processing upon confirmation from customer \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with internal cross function team (sales, finance, supply chain) and external partners and retailers to ensure smooth ordering and delivery fulfillment \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate shipments/ deliveries by preparing necessary shipping documents (East Malaysia & Brunei) \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend to general inquiries and take initiative in resolving ad hoc issues to mitigate impact and achieve maximum possible output \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead to order processing system and support in enhancement of sales processes and SOPs from time to time \xe2\x80\xa2 Other support as per business needs Job Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess at least Diploma in relevant field with passion and knowledge in FMCG/consumer brand industry. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum of 2 years in sales admin or sales support role managing PO and invoices processing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Intermediate to moderate knowledge in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel). \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong attention to detail and proven success in administrative tasks, organization of work materials, prioritization, and adhering to deadlines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to identify, analyze, problem-solve, and begin to recommend corrective action for moderately complex issues.
