Customer Service Executive cum Admin

personnel to join their front desk and administrative team. This clinic specializes in providing comprehensive dental care and patient-centric services in a clean and professional setting.

Working Days & Hours

6 working days per week (1 weekday off) Shift Options: Morning: 9:00am - 6:00pm Afternoon: 12:00pm - 9:00pm

Salary Range

Basic: RM 2,000 - RM 3,000 (based on experience) Allowances & Incentives: Transportation allowance Parking allowance Overtime pay Attendance allowance Performance bonus Yearly bonus Extra OT pay for public holiday work

Job Responsibilities

Welcome and assist patients at the reception counter Handle registration, appointment scheduling, and payment collection Maintain cleanliness and manage administrative documentation Prepare and sterilize dental instruments Assist dentist during procedures (training provided) Maintain proper infection control practices Update and manage patient records accurately Guide and comfort patients throughout treatment Monitor and manage dental inventory Assist with X-ray procedures (training provided)

Requirements

Open to Malaysian citizens of any race Age: 25 - 35 years old Gender: Open to all Education: Minimum SPM; SKM, Diploma, or Degree holders welcome Language: Must be able to speak, read, and write in

Mandarin

Able to communicate in

Malay

and

English

Personality: Responsible, detail-oriented, independent, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
