Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries related to Telco products and services.
Assist customers with billing, network, technical, and account-related inquiries.
Provide accurate information and effective solutions within the agreed turnaround time.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant department while ensuring timely follow-up.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times.
Update and document customer interactions in the system accurately.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Good communication skills in English and [Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin / other language as required].
Previous experience in customer service or Telco industry is an added advantage.
Ability to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
