We are looking for
enthusiastic, customer-focused Mandarin speakers
to join our team asCustomer Service Representatives
supporting theHong Kong and China markets
.This role offers

, followed by working from our Johor office.Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via
email, chat, and calls
in Mandarin and English. Provideaccurate information
and solutions to customers promptly. Managecustomer concerns
with empathy and professionalism. Document all interactions in the system accurately. Collaborate with the team to meetperformance and service level goals
.Qualifications
Proficient in
Mandarin (spoken & written)
andEnglish
. Previous customer service / call centre experience preferred, butfresh graduates are welcome
! Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Able to work onrotational shifts
, including weekends and public holidays. Based in Johor or willing to relocate.What We Offer
