Overview



We are looking for

enthusiastic, customer-focused Mandarin speakers

to join our team as

Customer Service Representatives

supporting the

Hong Kong and China markets

.
This role offers

an attractive salary package

work-from-home flexibility for the first 6 months

, followed by working from our Johor office.

Key Responsibilities



Handle customer inquiries via

email, chat, and calls

in Mandarin and English. Provide

accurate information

and solutions to customers promptly. Manage

customer concerns

with empathy and professionalism. Document all interactions in the system accurately. Collaborate with the team to meet

performance and service level goals

.

Qualifications



Proficient in

Mandarin (spoken & written)

and

English

. Previous customer service / call centre experience preferred, but

fresh graduates are welcome

! Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Able to work on

rotational shifts

, including weekends and public holidays. Based in Johor or willing to relocate.
