  • SPM/STPM/diploma/degree holder preferably with at least 1 year experience in customer service, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Ability to converse and write in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Pleasant personality with good communication skills
  • Experienced in Windows Operating Systems and typing
  • Positive attitude and a team player with a passion for delivering world class customer service
  • Willing to work in a shift environment (24/7 operations)
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet or exceed set performance standards
  • Open to candidates who are permitted to work in Malaysia only

Tanggungjawab
  • Ability to converse & write in Mandarin & Cantonese will be required to serve the respective markets and liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders. Excellent spoken and written English is an added advantage.
  • Pleasant personality with good communication skills
  • Diploma /Degree holder in any discipline or equivalent qualification with relevant working experience
  • Preferably min 1year experience in Contact Centre, experience in hospitality/Online Travel Agency and customer service
  • Computer literate and internet savvy.
  • Positive attitude and a team player with a passion in delivering World Class customer service.
  • Willing to work in a shift environment (24/7 operations)
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet or exceed set performance standards
  • Open to Malaysians only
