We are looking for a friendly, customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive at The Gardens Mall. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, coordinating repair services, and ensuring a smooth and positive service experience. This role is ideal for those passionate about technology and delivering outstanding customer support in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Support

- Assist customers via phone, email, chat, and walk-ins.

- Provide accurate info on Samsung products, services, warranties, and repair progress.

- Handle basic troubleshooting and escalate issues when needed.

2. Product & Service Knowledge

- Stay updated on Samsung's full product range.

- Guide customers on usage, setup, and service options.

3. Service Coordination

- Schedule repairs and monitor job status.

- Liaise with technicians on parts and timelines.

- Keep customers informed of updates.

4. Administrative Tasks

- Maintain accurate records of service transactions.

- Prepare daily reports and feedback summaries.

5. Customer Experience

- Ensure customer satisfaction at all service touchpoints.

- Represent the company professionally and follow service standards.

Requirements

- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

- Eager to learn and grow in a customer-facing role.

- Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in customer service is a plus.

- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule

- 6 working days per week

- Shift rotation:

Morning: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM Afternoon: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM
