Our Role

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service and Administration all-rounder to be based at our Mutiara Damansara Office in Petaling Jaya. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Invoicing Supervisor in New Zealand, this role will be primarily responsible for providing effective and efficient customer experience from Order to Invoice.

As a member of Graymont\xe2\x80\x99s Customer Service team you will: -
  • Provide excellent communications to internal and external customers across multi channels including telephone, email, and web.
  • Execute both inbound and outbound customer transactions.
  • Assist with updating pricing requests from the Sales team into ERP systems
  • Review, collate and action customer credit claims.
  • Ensure that all customer records and accounts are kept up to date as claims and inquiries are processed.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to both internal and external requests for information in line with SLA\xe2\x80\x99s
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the business including Logistics, Accounts, Operations, and Sales.
As the successful applicant, you will need to be:
  • Confident in your verbal and written communication skills, and your ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
  • Service oriented and have a flexible approach to the changing nature of our business
  • Competent and experienced in handling customer complaints (via email, phone, and web).
  • Advanced in your administrative, time management and organizational skills.
