KYC Operations Specialist (Japanese Speaker)Contract Duration: 12 months
Location: Kuala Lumpur City Center (Near Public Transport - Bus, MRT, LRT stations)Perform KYC (Know Your Customer) operations in compliance with regulatory requirements, including:

  • Reviewing and verifying information to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Contacting customers to gather KYC information and address queries.
  • Collaborating with AML and Risk teams to stay updated on regulatory changes.
Handle customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, or online chat promptly and effectively.Collaborate with cross-department teams to ensure smooth handling of customers\' daily needs and timely issue resolution.Demonstrate excellent service etiquette and skills to provide high-quality services to customers.Requirements:
  • College degree or higher.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Japanese.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English or Mandarin.
  • Able to work in the office.
