Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide Japanese-speaking customers through solutions.
Escalate complex problems to relevant internal teams when required.
Log, track, and update customer cases in CRM tools.
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of all customer tickets.
Translate customer messages, documents, and feedback between Japanese and English.
Localize product or support content to suit the Japanese market.
Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering polite, culturally appropriate communication.
Build good rapport with Japanese-speaking clients and ensure positive service experiences.
