Job Description

Act as the first point of contact for clients via WhatsApp. Assist in handling enquiries regarding photography, videography, and related services. Provide accurate information about packages, pricing, timelines, and deliverables. Support scheduling of client projects and maintain updated records in Google Drive. Manage project tasks and updates using

Trello

. Assist with client feedback handling and follow-ups after project delivery. Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to ensure smooth client experience. Always align with team members to ensure consistency in service and workflow.

Requirements



SPM/Diploma/Degree student in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field. Good communication and teamwork skills. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Basic computer skills. Familiar with tools like Google Drive and Trello (training can be provided). Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast paced environment.

Working Hours
