JOB DESCRIPTIONS

(Duties and Responsibilities / Key Result Areas)

1. Handle all incoming customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.

2. Provide advice and first level support / troubleshooting to customers.

3. Manage all incoming emails and respond promptly and appropriately.

4. Log all calls into the ticketing system while ensuring the information logged are accurate.

5. Monitor the ticketing system and assign tickets to the correct queue.

6. Follow up on all pending tickets with user or support team on a daily basis.

7. Responsible for the overall logged requests and monitor work progress to achieve customer service level agreement.

8. Escalate complex cases to level two support, Field Support Engineer or 3rd party vendor if required.

9. To carry out other duties which may be assigned by the Management from time to time.

JOB REQUIRMENTS / SPECIFICATIONS

(Academic Achievements, Work Exposures, Skills Required, Personal Characters)

1. Candidate must possess minimum SPM qualification or higher in education.

2. Excellent communication skills.

3. Fluent in English and Malay.

4. Possess basic knowledge in Microsoft Office and Windows OS.

5. Possess problem solving skills.

6. Able to work in shift rotation.

7. Experience in the retail field in an added advantage.

8. Fresh school leaver and graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
