Location : Subang Jaya , Cheras
Responsibilities:

Convey proper and accurate meaning from the source with proper clarity, tone, syntax and grammar for both English and Cantonese/ Mandarin.
The calls may involve simple or complex, non-technical or technical subjects in Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel and Hospitality, 911 emergency services, Law Enforcement and General Business.
Interpret with the highest degree of accuracy and completeness in consecutive, simultaneous and sight translation modes.
Perform other task as assigned Customer Support (English & Mandarin).

Job Requirements

Within the age group of 18 \xe2\x80\x93 60 years old (Freshers & retirees are most welcomed too).
Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service-related fields is an added advantage but not necessary.
Possess good telephone etiquette with a pleasant voice.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task, priorities and manage time effectively & social media savvy.
High Proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese + English (verbal, written & comprehension skills)
