Customer Experience Professional

As a Customer Experience Professional at Concentrix, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customerservice and ensuring outstanding experience for our customers across all touchpoints. Your main duties willinclude:
Providing exceptional customer service: You will be the primary point of contact for our customers,addressing their inquiries, complaints, and feedback. You must be able to handle these interactions withempathy, patience, and professionalism.
Understanding customer needs: You will need to understand the unique needs of our customers andprovide tailored solutions to their problems. You will be expected to anticipate customer needs andproactively offer solutions.
Improving customer experience: You will work closely with other teams to improve the overall customerexperience, identifying pain points and developing strategies to address them. You will be responsiblefor implementing changes to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.o
Ensuring customer satisfaction: You will be responsible for measuring customer satisfaction and ensuringthat our customers are happy with our products and services. You will be expected to analyze customerfeedback and use it to improve our offerings. Collaborating with cross-functional teams:
You will collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, sales,and product development, to ensure that our customers have a seamless experience across alltouchpoints.
You will be responsible for communicating customer insights to these teams to inform theirdecision-making.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM1,533.90 - RM4,100.00 per month
