Job Description

  • Proficient in Mandarin, preferable mandarin speaker only cause have to deal with mandarin speaker customer
  • Motivated and willing to learn
  • Able to start work immediately is preferred
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Willing to work at KL City
Responsibilities
  • To efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer call inquiries.
  • To provide fast and timely solutions to all customer related problems.
  • To ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent Customer Services.
  • To be constantly guided by company's service standards.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
