Related work experience in Customer Service field/Finance or Trading industry will be an advantage.

Responsibilities
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer\'s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and resolving customer queries.
Assess customers\' needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
Monitor trading activities and transactions of customer.
Deliver the information of price lists, sales promotion, special incentives, and campaigns.
Processes sales quotations and orders in accordance with SOP with highly expectation on compliance as well as information accuracy and timeliness.
Perform order processing related duties from assigned markets such as to verify orders to ensure data accuracy and service level requirement.
Work with other functional team to ensure a smooth order release arrangement for shipment to ensure no payment risk.
Follow and achieve department\'s sales goals.
