• Related work experience in Customer Service field/Finance or Trading industry will be an advantage.
• FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work on Weekends, Public Holidays & Shifts (occasionally).
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer\'s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and resolving customer queries.
• Assess customers\' needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
• Monitor trading activities and transactions of customer.
• Deliver the information of price lists, sales promotion, special incentives, and campaigns.
• Processes sales quotations and orders in accordance with SOP with highly expectation on compliance as well as information accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform order processing related duties from assigned markets such as to verify orders to ensure data accuracy and service level requirement.
• Work with other functional team to ensure a smooth order release arrangement for shipment to ensure no payment risk.
• Follow and achieve department\'s sales goals.
