Job Description

• 1 year of experience in customer service (Business-To-Business strongly preferrable)
• Can speak in English and Mandarin
• Multi-tasking skills, showcased using several applications; experience working with RM applications preferred
• Technical savvy (understands or have used macOS vs. Android, Windows, etc.)
• Basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required
• Call center experience preferrable
• Negotiation skills, able to engage and reach agreements with the clients.
• Schedule availability
• Restaurant industry familiarity preferrable

Working time/Mode:

• Monday - Sunday (Rotational Basis, including weekend & public holiday)
• Rotation shift: 9:00 pm to 1:00pm (8 hours working + 1 hour break).
• Work from office - Level 1, Tower 6, Avenue 5, The Horizon, Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

• In this role, you\'ll get to provide exceptional customer service to restaurant owners and managers by responding inquiries related to card reader issues, online ordering set up and much more. You will also navigate processes to properly escalate and coordinate customer responses according to company values.
