Job description:To attend/answer inbound calls from customers, identify their technical issues on product and assist them to solve the problems by providing the right solution/trouble shooting. Working hours:Earlier start at 7.00am, last shift ends by 10.30pm Working days: Monday to Sunday, 2 off days 4. Requirement: Below 35 years old Minimum SPM (passed) Able to speak english 5.
