Your new role With this role, you will be supporting the Customer Service team in a normal working hours (9am - 6pm), responsibilities included: Supporting Korean Customer enquiries via 3 channels: Email, Chat and Call Problem-solving in helping customer in their travel plans and arrangement. Be a great listener!
