CUSTOMER SERVICE - IMMEDIATE HIRING/OFFICE HOUR Position : Customer Service
Working Days : Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 8.45pm - 6.00pm
Intake : February 2023 (Immediate Hiring)
Location : Jalan Ampang - nearby LRT Jelatek
Basic Salary : RM2,300 + OT (if needed) s: 1) Manage customer data

• Perform preliminary checking of documents submitted and AML screening.
• Verification of signature and completion of the form.
• Checking of contractual changes to ensure accuracy of data entry.
• Data cleansing and quality check prior to use of data.

2) Process alteration of certificate

• Perform manual quotation and assessment of the change request.
• Perform data entry on contractual changes to certificate details, eg Nomination, ROC, Revival, Partial Withdrawal/Surrender/Suspense payout and minor alterations.
• Prepare correspondence letters and endorsements on policy matters.
• Update eWMS to manage the TAT for each process.

3) Handle enquiries

• Attend to Ops Helpdesk/ICM enquiries.
• Attending to enquiries from customers and agents in a clear, accurate & timely manner

4) Others

• Sorting of daily mails for the team.
• Collection and dispatch of documents

Requirements:

• Candidate must posed Degree in any fields
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Training will be provided
• Required Language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English (Fluent)
• Willing to work in contract duration (4 months contract / renew based on performance).
• Malaysian Citizen only.
• Good communication skill and computer literacy especially Microsoft office
• Experience in call center is added advantage
• Candidate must be willing to start immediately - Early March 2023
• Preferable someone currently not working and able to commit immediately.
