Job Description

- Position Title: Customer Service Officer / Customer Service Executive
- Working Location: Jurong Port
- Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 am - 6 pm. Sat, 9 am - 1 pm (On Rotation)
- Salary Package: Up to $2,600 + Performance Bonus + Transport Allowance
- Duration: Permanent Role
- To handle customers bookings for shipping services overseas on our self-operated vessels
- To coordinate with transporters and clients for the trucking collections/deliveries of their cargoes
- To prepare and submit shipping documents for vessel and cargo clearance
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor
- At least GCE O level or its equivalent.
- Possess computer literacy skills.
- Candidates with no experience can be considered; training will be provided.
