-You are responsible for tracking the goods records and until they are safely delivered the goods to customers.
-Responsible for the Logistic Operation (warehousing and transportation)
-Ensure Best in Class Service to our Customers thru a strong Customer Service Organization and a mature Customer Collaboration process in place
-Report directly to HOD
-Committed to meeting current and future expectations and requirements of customers, and resolving customer issues that arise
-Prioritization of orders and adjusting of schedules to ensure customer priority requirement are met
-Strong attention to detail and adherence to process and procedure.
-Provides outstanding customer service and actively Listens to client concerns,
-Prioritizes, handle multiple functions, and provide service to multiple regions throughout shift
-Ability to demonstrate computer skills, keyboarding, good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Must be flexible and available based on staffing requirements; weekends, public holidays, and overtime
