Job Description

Job Responsibilities



1. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times

2. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly

3. Communicate with customers through various channels such as email, phone call and social media.

4. Liaise with related department (QA, Sales team) to resolve customer complaints.

5. To update and keep records of customer interactions, feedbacks, comments, and complaints for future improvement

6. Assist in Sales Operation administrative work

Requirements



o Possess at least Diploma in Business Management/Business Admin or equivalent field

o Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in customer service

o Problem-solving skill

o Attentiveness. Customer-oriented

o Good communication skill. Well verse in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
