Job Summary:



As a Customer Service Officer for the Front of House at Celebrity Fitness 1Utama, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests. Your role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for everyone who enters the gym. You will handle inquiries, assist with membership services, and support the overall operations of the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and Welcome Members and Guests:

Create a welcoming and friendly environment by greeting members and guests with a smile. Provide assistance and information about gym facilities, classes, and membership options.

Membership Services:

Handle inquiries about memberships, sign up new members, and assist with membership renewals, cancellations, reactivations, collections and upgrades. Provide detailed information about membership benefits and promotions.

Check-In and Access Control:

Ensure that all members and guests check in properly. Manage access control to maintain security and ensure that only authorized individuals enter the gym.

Handle Customer Inquiries and Complaints:

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently. Strive to resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Administrative Duties:

Perform various administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate records, updating member information, handling payments, and managing appointments for personal trainers or classes.

Maintain Clean and Organized Front Desk Area:

Keep the front desk and reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Ensure promotional materials and information are available and up-to-date.

Promote Club Events and Activities:

Inform members about upcoming events, promotions, and classes. Encourage participation to enhance the overall member experience.

Support Health and Safety Compliance:

Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for members and staff. Report any hazards or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.

Experience:

Previous experience in customer service, or any field related.

Communication Skills:

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English.

Interpersonal Skills:

Friendly, approachable, and able to build rapport with members and guests. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a busy environment.

Team Player:

Capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to assist colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.

Professional Appearance:

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
