Job Description


  • To handle inbound, outbound, escalation calls and e-mail correspondence from customers, providing customers with answers to their technical issues, general and product enquiries as well as giving billing information provided by the system.
  • Each Customer Service Professional will ensure that each transaction is handled in a way that contributes to overall customer satisfaction and increases customer loyalty.
