Job Purpose:-

The Customer Services Officer (CSO) is responsible for managing the fleet in the Southern region, including servicing, breakdowns, inspections, and overall vehicle condition. As the front liner for after-sales service, the CSO ensures smooth operations and delivers timely support to customers.

Job Responsibilities:-

Ensure all vehicle exchanges, deliveries, and pickups are updated accurately and without omission. Verify that odometer readings from physical units match the CarPro system records. Attend to vehicle check-out and check-in procedures with customers. Maintain corporate fleet vehicles in good, roadworthy condition. Respond to customer service requests within 24 hours. Review and evaluate workshop pricing for cost efficiency. Arrange for non-Nissan vehicles to be serviced at panel workshops. Prepare and submit monthly Petronas, fuel usage, and breakdown reports for reconciliation. Handle submission of Petty Cash claims and related reports. Be on standby 24/7 to attend to breakdowns and hotline emergencies. Manage vehicle inspections and ensure timely road tax renewals on a weekly basis.

Requirements:-

Minimum SPM / STPM qualification or higher. Experience in the car rental or automotive service industry is an added advantage. Basic knowledge of vehicle conditions, servicing needs, and road tax requirements. Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Physically fit and able to attend to emergencies or breakdowns when required. Possesses a valid D license and maintains a clean and safe driving record. Capable of operating 4x4 vehicles when required. Working Location: Bintulu, Sarawak.
