handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls handle all inbound and outbound documentation oversea and responsible for customer deliveries and pickup collection handle and resolve customer queries/complaints effectively Liaise with freight carriers, customs brokers, warehouse teams, and suppliers to coordinate shipments. Monitor shipment movements, and report on service efficiency.
