Job Description


- Reply to the inquiries from parents - Reply the messages from Social Media, Lazada, Shopee, and other platforms - Handle incoming calls from parents and provide information to parents - Attend to walk-in parents - Understand parents\' needs and introduce art courses to them. - Work closely with Marketing Team and Sales Team - Arrange class schedule with parents - Provide customers services to parents - Perform admin tasks, eg: preparing invoices, sending reminders to parents & related admin tasks - Prepare analytical report and submit it to management. Requirements: - Able to work at Setia Tropika - Willing to participate in roadshow or fair during the weekend, if necessary - Good communication skills
