Job Description


  • Willing to participate in roadshow or fair during the weekend, if necessary
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
Responsibilities
  • Reply to inquiries from parents
  • Reply the messages from Social Media, Lazada, Shopee, and other platforms
  • Handle incoming calls from parents and provide information to parents
  • Attend to walk-in parents
  • Understand parents\' needs and introduce art courses to them
  • Work closely with Marketing Team and Sales Team
  • Arrange class schedules with parents
  • Provide customer services to parents
  • Perform admin tasks, eg: preparing invoices, sending reminders to parents & related admin tasks
  • Prepare analytical report and submit it to management.
