Roles and Responsibility: \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaison between clients and warehouse staff on all goods receipt and goods release \xe2\x80\xa2 Arranging and monitoring of goods collection and delivery \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform system inventory reconciliation, weekly cycle count and stock-take \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure relevant documents are generated \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage clients\' queries and complaint \xe2\x80\xa2 To co-ordinate independently with haulier team, carrier and warehouse to ensure timely clearance of shipments \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledgeable in import/ export/ procedures for ocean/ air shipments Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum SPM with at least 1 year of relevant working experience in logistics/ freight/ shipping industry. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge in handling of Billing Lading and Certificate of Origin documentation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under work-pressure \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess good interpersonal and customer relations skills
