Customer Service Officer

Kota Bharu (Depan AEON shopping mall)

Responsibilities:

1. Attend to sales enquiries, including WhatsApp and walk-in customer, by providing information about the product and the project with the objective to achieve sales target.

2. Provide printing product price & spec to customer in same day.

3. Prepare quotation and follow-up to customers in a timely manner.

4. WhatsApp & Email Update latest promotion or information to customers.

5. To rebuild rapport with existing clients via calls and WhatsApp.

6. Assist to negotiate and close sales deal to achieve monthly target.

7. Follow-up with customers after sales for review.

8. Introduce and educate clients to new company products, features and best practices.

9. To do graphic design and artwork proofing.

10. To operate printer and other finishing machines.

11. Work with team lead to ensure all billings & delivery are completed in a timely manner.

12. Constantly self improvement on company product knowledge & it's application.

13. Identify customers' needs and provide correct product or solution information.

14. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Experience in customer service & graphic design.

2. Working hours: Saturday to Thursday: 8.45am to 5.15pm, Friday Off.

3. Fresh graduates encourage to apply.
